Danzer Bohemia-Dýhárna Is Advertising For Specialized Personnel

Hardwood specialist launches new HR recruiting website

Dornbirn, Austria. Danzer Bohemia-Dýhárna is a subsidiary of Danzer, a global leader in the hardwood industry. Danzer Bohemia-Dýhárna employs more than 600 people at the sites Křivenice near Mělník and Frýdlant near Raspenava. With the aim of addressing skilled workers and university graduates, Danzer has launched a Czech website for recruiting at www.danzer.cz.

Danzer Bohemia-Dýhárna employs more than 600 people, 550 of which work in Mělník and approximately 70 in Raspenava. Both plants are actively looking for skilled workers due to their high workload. To support the recruiting process, Danzer has launched a new website: www.danzer.cz. “With our new homepage, we explicitly target specialists and university graduates. We offer very good conditions at both of our sites: These include a 13th salary, additional vacation days, private pension provision, transport for own account, in-house cafeteria and further training opportunities,” explains Radim Vráblík, Managing Director of Danzer Bohemia-Dýhárna, an adds, “In addition to interested applicants, we are also pleased about inquiries from emerging graduates – in cooperation with students from various fields we develop interesting projects.”

Danzer sites Mělník und Raspenava
At the Mělník site in the north-west of the Czech Republic, Danzer Bohemia-Dýhárna operates a veneer production plant. “Our veneer plant in Mělník is the largest and most advanced veneer facility in Europe – equipped with the proprietary Danzer VS4000 slicers and high-quality kilns. The site, which opened in 2002, possesses a large know-how – we are in a position that enables us to meet individual customer needs in an efficient and resource-saving manner. Our employees can expect a variety of different tasks in a state-of-the-art facility,” says Radim Vráblík.
Located in Raspenava is a splicing facility that has been acquired by Danzer in January 2016. The approximately 70 workers process around 180,000 m2 of spliced faces every month. “In Raspenava, too, the workers are being offered interesting opportunities and exciting tasks.
