EUDR is an EU regulation that requires companies placing certain commodities - including wood and wood products - on the EU market to prove they are legally sourced and deforestation-free. It applies alongside existing forestry and trade regulations.

 

It may, if your products contain wood or wood-based materials and reach the EU market - directly, or through a customer who places them on the EU market. If you're not sure, the safest step is to check with your own compliance team, and to ask your suppliers what information they can already provide.
