We are looking to fill the following position at the earliest possible date:

SAP Key User Produktion (m/f/d)

Location: Kesselsdorf near Dresden (DE)
Employment: Permanent | Full-time
Start: Immediately or by arrangement


What to expect

You are the link between production and system – making sure SAP doesn't just run, but is truly used. In practice, this means:

  • Maintenance and management of production and master data in SAP
  • Creation, processing and maintenance of production orders and work plans
  • Support of production planning and control, as well as costing and cost monitoring
  • Posting material movements and confirmations – keeping stock levels and material availability in check
  • Analysis of production data and creation of meaningful reports
  • Support with system tests and active involvement in optimizing production processes
  • Ensuring data quality and compliance with production and quality standards
  • Close collaboration with production management and sales – you're a point of contact, not just a service provider
  • Training production staff in SAP – sharing knowledge is part of how you work
 
Wahat you bring

You don't need to be an SAP guru – but you should know what you're doing and be eager to grow:

  • Completed vocational training in an industrial or production-related field
  • Solid SAP experience – particularly in the Production and Materials Management modules (PP and MM)
  • A genuine understanding of production processes – you think in workflows, not just datasets
  • Analytical mindset and a real enjoyment of problem-solving
    Solid MS Office skills that you actually put to use
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit – you enjoy working with people, not just screens
