Sustainability has been part of Danzer’s decision-making since the company was founded in 1932. Because our business depends on a natural resource, we plan and act beyond short-term economic cycles. In 2012, Danzer combined all existing sustainability activities into a formal Sustainability Agenda. Environmental, social and economic objectives are integrated into corporate governance.
Danzer aligns its management systems with international standards and recognized frameworks, where applicable, including:

Danzer publishes regular Sustainability Reports. As a participant in the UN Global Compact, Danzer submits its Communication Progress annually.
